Event begins at 7pm.
There is an expected attendance of 20-25, very seldom do we produce more than 25 people at max. The size of the space needed is 1,500 to 2,000 sq. ft., or larger, for display of Oriental rug and art purposes. There will be no use of the kitchen, including food and beverage, only a water station if available.
As for set up, we will need (10-16) tables (rectangular or round) which require no linens or cloths (carpets will cover the tables to prevent damaging), the tables will be placed around perimeter of the room, in a u-shape, and (50) chairs set theater style available. We also have staff to set-up and clean up upon departure. Please provide the details of the room location and the instructions to unload the truck.
